The premise
Most energy AI is built by software teams who have never stood on a site at commissioning. We came at it the other way round — we have been building, trading and operating these assets for years, and we built these tools because we needed them ourselves.

A string that has silently stopped producing costs nothing to fix and a great deal to ignore. Most plants find out at the monthly review; the point of monitoring is to find out the same week.
